Digital Downloads (Free PDFs)

Free digital downloads are provided as-is. Since digital products can be downloaded immediately and cannot be "returned," refunds are not available for free downloads.

If you're having trouble downloading your files or they appear corrupted, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.

Physical Kit Orders

Because each kit is custom-made from your photo, we can't accept returns after production or shipment for ordinary preference-based reasons. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.

If something's not right with your order, contact us at [email protected] and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, so the sooner you reach out, the more likely we can accommodate.

Orders We Decline or Cancel

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before shipment if, in our judgment, the uploaded content, requested design, or transaction creates legal, policy, safety, quality, technical, or operational concerns.

If we decline or cancel an order for those reasons before shipment or delivery, we will issue a full refund for the unfulfilled order to the original payment method.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Credit and debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package hasn't arrived, check your tracking information first. If it's truly lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
