Every kit is made to order, whether you upload a photo or choose a catalog design. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days depending on your location within the US.

Total estimated delivery: 3-6 business days from purchase.

APO/FPO/DPO orders ship through USPS and take longer than these estimates. Enter United States as the country, APO/FPO/DPO as the city, and AA, AE, or AP as the state. Include the recipient's full unit and box address.

These are estimates — most orders arrive on time, but occasional carrier delays can happen. If your package is late, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free for physical kit orders within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

• An email confirmation with your tracking number
• A link to track your package with the carrier

If your package is lost, damaged, or undelivered:

International Shipping

We currently ship within the US only. International customers can still download free digital designs to print at home or at a local print shop.
